Yamato Goshin Yuzu Liqueur

Gojoshuzo, established in 1924 at the foot of Mt. Kongo in Gojo City, crafts exceptional sake using pristine water from the mountain range and their own wells. The brewery employs the traditional Tajima technique to produce small batches of mellow sake with meticulous craftsmanship.

This yuzushu features Tosa Yuzu from Kochi Prefecture, Japan's leading yuzu producer. Grown without chemical fertilizers by local farmers, the yuzu's natural flavor and aroma are preserved using fruit sugar as a sweetener. The versatile yuzushu can be enjoyed neat, with soda, or on the rocks.
